RxFIT

RxFIT is our flagship program. It's designed for the health and strength of joints and muscle. Featuring barbells and high intensity training, our coaches preach proper mechanics through strength and conditioning.

Afterburn

Burn calories, lose fat, and tone up in a fun and supportive environment. Our coaches lead you through workouts featuring high intensity cardio using dumbbells, kettlebells and plyometrics designed to burn fat and rev your metabolism.

LGN

If your goal is to LOOK GOOD NAKED, then this session is for you. This class puts the fun in functional. LGN focuses on the beach muscles and is perfect for changing it up. You can be ready to show off those buns and guns soon!

Power Hour

Power Hour focuses on strength, confidence and progress in the major lifts in both powerlifting and weightlifting. These lifts include bench, squat, deadlift, clean and jerk and snatch.
