Nashletics has introduced a Range of Motion program because we believe that in order to continue to see growth and success in our workouts, we must educate and implement an overall mind/body wellness community.
Range of Motion is a weekly yoga program taught by one of our own, Jess Mattson. This program will aid a safe and welcoming conversation around the world of yoga. It will align with our CrossFit and Afterburn workouts and other program demands and will help counteract the inevitable tightness we all experience. It's important to begin this dialogue and understand that yoga is for everyone and touching your toes is not a requirement.
