The Open is full of higher skill movements. If you want to achieve new skills and work on maximizing your performance in the Open, join the team at 5:30p to get your practice on. Double Unders, T2B, Pullups, Muscle Ups, Fast Box Jumps, Barbell work … proficiency in these movements will translate to a better output when the workout begins.
Each week will focus on the Open workout for the week. We may focus on specific skills or do a dry run-through without judging.
