6:10a - 7:00a (M-F) - Afterburn
7:00a - 7:50a (M-F) - CrossFit

9:30a - 10:20a (M-F) - CrossFit

11:00a - 1:00p (T/Th) - Open Gym

3:00p - 4:30p (M-F) - Open Gym
4:30p - 5:20p (M-F) - CrossFit
5:30p - 6:20p (M-F) - Afterburn
6:30 - 7:20p (M-F) - CrossFit
