Accumulate 60 mins of planking
50,000# / 35,000# of lifting
Only backsquat, deadlift and bench press will count towards the total. All lifts from the workouts will count. Take advantage of Power Hour’s focus on the deadlift, RxFITs focus on squat and LGNs focus on upper body.
July’s challenge culminates on August 3 with a Powerlifting Mock Meet where you will get your change to hit your PRs with judges. You will get 3 attempts at each lift.
