This challenge is going to first and foremost be a RESET to get back on track. Nutrition is a critical part of results. No matter how hard you try, you cannot out-train a bad diet. This is not a weight loss challenge. It is for anyone looking to see positive changes in their performance, lifestyle, energy levels, body fat percentage, amongst many other things. Our food choices affect our day-to-day life, long term health, and even our feelings about food. Below you will find some of the high level details.

This will be a 28-day challenge. We will eat REAL FOOD. Eating moderate portions of meat, seafood and eggs; lots of vegetables; some fruit; plenty of natural fats. This challenge is going to be focused on eating food with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients! If you don’t recognize the ingredient, don’t eat it – we will be eliminating anything that is not “whole” or processed.

Since the challenge's goal is not simply weight loss, we will not be tracking weigh-ins or measurements to measure progress. We will be using a points system and a benchmark workout on February 5th and retest again on March 4.

The points system will determine prize winners.

Roughly 10% of points earned will be from fitness attendance.
Roughly 50% of points earned will be from daily nutrition quality.
Roughly 40% of points earned will be from lifestyle (sleep, water, habits).
