CHAD HERNDON

CROSSFIT LEVEL 2 TRAINER

Chad started CrossFit and got his Level 1 Certification in 2012 after spending the previous 10+ years doing everything from globo-gym style workouts to long-distance running, including events like 5 and 10K’s, a Half Marathon, and the Ragnar Relay.  It did not take long for him to realize that CrossFit closed gaps in his fitness that he had been missing for the past decade.  He has been able to develop more functional strength than he’s ever had, while also developing and improving his endurance more than he was able to achieve in the past.  While he still enjoys the competitive side that CrossFit offers, his primary objective is maintaining his health and quality of life.  Chad has a degree in Exercise Science and has worked in the health and wellness industry for over 5 years.  He is passionate about helping people improve their health and reach their fitness and nutrition goals.

Chad has lived in the Nashville area for the past 20+ years.  He has been happily married to his wife Katie since 2012 and they have two kids, Rylynn and Jude.  They enjoy travelling, hiking, camping, backpacking and hanging out with friends as much as they can.
