Afterburn classes are designed to increase your fitness, burn calories and build strength for everyday life. Workouts vary daily, each focused on improving natural movements while targeting specific muscle groups. Emphasis is on HIIT (high intensity interval training), cardio, body weight exercises and weights to improve body composition and conditioning. Each 50-minute group class is taught by a coach and intentionally designed to create the Afterburn Effect.

THE AFTERBURN EFFECT
The Afterburn Effect is technically referred to as Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption or simply, EPOC.
That means, with Afterburn classes you'll not only burn calories during your workout, but will continue to burn calories throughout the day. Yep. That means you're shedding fat while you're sitting at your desk, watching TV, or running errands around town. Pretty great, right? We think so.
